Robert A. Bamman, 59
Services for Robert A. Bamman, who died March 18th at St. Joseph's Mercy
Hospital in Mason City, were held Tuesday, March 20th at 1:30 p.m. at the
Immanuel Reformed United Church of Christ in Klemme with Rev. Julius Rechtermann
officiating.
Music was provided by Lynette Neuhring, organist, and Gordon Beier, vocalist.
Ushers were August Josten and Lyle Goll.
Casket bearers were Ellery Wood, Herman Goll, Valere Stromer, Everett Guth, Bill
Swartz and Eldridge Alden. Interment was in Ell Township Cemetery, Klemme.
Robert A. Bamman, son of Richard and Ella (Schuldt) Bamman, was born August 31,
1924 at Eldora. He moved at the age of three to Chicago with his parents and at
the age of 12 returned to the Klemme area.
Robert was confirmed at Immanuel Reformed Church on March 22, 1940. He graduated
from Klemme High School in 1943 and worked as a carpenter for Herman Schuldt. He
gave much time and devotion to his mother until her death.
He is survived by one brother, LeRoy Bamman of Spring Valley, Wisc., several
nieces and nephews and friends of the church and community.
He was preceded in death by his father Richard in 1960, his mother in 1983, and
one brother Roger.
