Maynard, Cindy Jan. 7, 1959 - Mar. 9, 2018 Jackson, Michigan Cindy Maynard, age 59, passed away March 9, 2018. She was born on January 7, 1959 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Donald and Dora (Dalli) Campbell. On February 13, 1982, she married Byron Maynard in Muscatine, IA and he survives. A loving and devoted mother, Cindy shared her gifts of music, working with children, and caring for everyone and everything at New Hope Church in Jackson. She served in ministry alongside her husband for 36 years. For the past 23 years Byron and Cindy have faithfully served full-time at the New Hope Church. Cindy is survived by her husband, Rev. Byron Maynard, children; Brett Maynard (Heather Bruerd, and her daughters, Alexis & Alicia Bruerd) of Howell, Ryan Maynard of Scottsdale, AZ and , Rebecca Maynard of Jackson MI, mother, Dora Campbell of Garner, IA, sisters; Margaret (Dennis) Guth of Klemme, IA, Susan (Jeff) Dadisman of Maquoketa, IA, brother, Dan (Regina) Campbell of Jackson, MS and several nieces and nephews. Her father, Donald Campbell preceded Cindy in the death in 2014. Cindy's family and friends will gather Friday, March 16, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM, at New Hope Community Church, 1800 Park Rd., Jackson, MI. Her Community Farewell will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM with a gathering at 11:00 AM until the time of service. Cindy's service will be broadcast on Facebook Live @ cindy.newhopechurchjackson.com. Memorial contributions may be given to New Hope Church Parsonage Fund.
