- Vickie Lynn Green, 67, died July 13, 2018. A private
family burial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be sent to
4503 66th Street Urbandale, IA 50322.
Vickie, the daughter of Lyle E. Green and Viola “Blondie” (Gayken) Green
Peterson, was born May 2, 1951. She grew up in the Goodell/Klemme area and
attended Belmond schools. She was married at a young age to Tim Wilson of
Sheffield. To this union three children were born. She moved to the
Dallas, TX area in 1978 where she was an over-the-road trucker and
dispatcher until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Wilson; her parents;
and stepfather J. Christie Peterson.
Vickie is survived by her son Brian (Chris) Wilson of Johnston; daughter
Rena (Scott) Wilder of Urbandale and their children; brothers Dick, Marv,
Keith, Kelly (Deb), Perry and Jay; and sisters Pam, Karen and Mona.
