Heart Attack Fatal To Arthur Johnson

Klemme- Funeral services for Arthur Carl Johnson, 50, resident of the Klemme area, were held Wednesday, July 30 at the Klemme Methodist church. The Rev. E. Morris Egeland officiated.

Interment took place in the Klemme cemetery with pall bearers; Albert Swanson, Roy Swanson, Leonard Swanson, Carl Swanson, Burr Church and Harold Johnson. Arrangements were in charge of the Wellemeyer Funeral home. Mr. Johnson, who had been apparent good health had been staying at the Wm. West home at Rockwell for several weeks. It was at the West home that he became ill and died, early Monday morning, July 28.

Mr. Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph E. Johnson, was born October 12, 1901 at Morris, Ill. and came to Klemme with his parents in 1902 and has lived in that community since.

Mourners are: Hulda Greene, Los Angeles, Calif., Mildred Potter, Mason City, Maybelle Kudje and Gertrude Hummel, Klemme, and Irene Heivilin and George Johnson of Mason City.
