Betty J. Pralle, 72, of Hampton, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2001, at Mercy
Medical Center - North Iowa, East Campus, Mason City.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Aug. 25 at the Trinity Lutheran
Church in Hampton. Burial was at the Hampton Cemetery. Sietsema-Vogel
Funeral Home in Hampton was in charge of arrangements.
Betty was born on Feb. 3, 1929, in Wisconsin to Bill Lacey and Marie
Madsen. She received her education in the Klemme schools. On April 23,
1950, she and Vernon Pralle were married at St. Paul Lutheran Church in
Latimer. She was a home-maker. Betty was a member of the Trinity Lutheran
Church and Trinity Luther Ladies Aid.
Living family members include her husband, Vernon of Hampton, a daughter,
Kathy (George) Minor of Hampton; a son, Kevin (Vickie) Paralle of Hampton;
five sisters, three brothers and two grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Dwight.

Church in Hampton, with the Rev. Kenneth Krueger officiating. Burial will be in
Hampton Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Sietsema-Vogel
Funeral Home in Hampton.
