- Henry Jost dies; services in Ohio
Friends in Klemme have received word of the death of Henry F. Jost, who
was manager of the North Iowa Grain Company in Klemme for 18 years prior
to his retirement. Mr. Jost died November 25, at Waterville, Ohio, where
he was a patient in the Riverview Nursing Home. Services were held at the
Foth Mortuary in Toledo on Nov. 28, and burial was in the Toledo Memorial
Park.
Mr. Jost lived in Toledo several years after his retirement. He had been
in ill health for the past five years and during this time had resided
with his sister, Mrs. Frieda Gouldsberry, at Pemberville, Ohio. Survivors
include his son, Harold of Toledo, Mrs. Gouldsberry, another sister, Mrs.
Dora Wahl, Pomona, Calif., and a half brother, Christ Klog of Napoleon,
Ohio.
