- Howard Reyman dies at his home here Sunday
Howard A. Reyman, 706 E Avenue, a teacher in the Nevada schools for many
years, died suddenly at his home Sunday noon after
suffering a coronary,
Mr. Reyman, 71, was a native of Marathon, Iowa. The son of Charles J. and
Mari Reyman, he was born April 7, 1896. He was married to Miss Rozetta
Rockhill April 7, 1920 in Larchwood, Iowa.
The Reymans have lived in Nevada the past 32 years. He was a member of the
United Methodist Church and was the shop teacher in
Nevada Schools for several years. He retired from the schools here, but
then went back to teaching again in other schools in the area.
He is survived by his wife, Rozetta, one son Stanley Reyman of Nevada, a
daughter Mrs. Barbara Jean Whitman of Port Chicago, Calif.; four
grandchildren; and a brother Lester of Milford.
Services will be held at the United Methodist Wednesday afternoon at 2
with the Rev. M. C. Shupe officiating. Burial will be in the
Evergreen Memorial Gardens near Nevada.
Friends may call at the Ryan Funeral Home from Tuesday noon until
Wednesday noon when the body will be taken to the church to await
services.
