- Jessie Vonnee Allen
St. Ansgar, Iowa - Jessie Vonnee Allen, age 94, died Friday (Nov. 14,
1997) at the Good Samaritan Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Ansgar United
Methodist Church with the Rev. Ted Stowers officiating. Burial will
be in the St. Ansgar Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Schroeder & Sites
Funeral Home.
Jessie Vonnee Allen was born Aug. 19, 1903, in Summerfield, Kansas.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Hinman of St. Ansgar; one
step-son, Junior Allen of Sheffield; two sisters, Alberta Moore of
Hansell, and Miriam Griner of Dumont; two grandchildren and eight
step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands and two sisters.
