Raymond Jorgenson Jr.

Melbourne - Raymond A. Jorgenson Jr., a retired Air Force Major, died Saturday, Dec. 25, at Mariner Health of Atlantic Shores.

Major Jorgenson was born in Kansas City , Mo.  He came to Brevard County in 1988 from Cleme, Iowa.

He was Catholic.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Jorgenson of Melbourne; sons, Raymond Jorgenson III and Nelson Jorgenson, both of Minneapolis; daughter, Judy McCammon of Miami; stepson, Martin Blumenthal of Chicago; stepdaughters, Judy Farris of Yorktown, Va., and Gail Armer of Danville, Calif,; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

No calling hours or services are scheduled.  Brownlie and Maxwell Funeral Home in Melbourne is in charge of arrangements.
