Services held for Wanda Netland, 14

Funeral services were held for Wanda Irene Netland, 14, of Klemme on Saturday, Dec. 26th, at 2 p.m., from the United Methodist Church of Klemme, with the Rev. George W. Brighton officiating. Miss Netland died at the Hancock County Memorial hospital, Britt, on Wednesday, Dec. 23rd; she had attained the age of 14 years, 4 months, and one day.

The Rev Geo. W. Brighton used his text Mark 10:13-16, and comfort in music was supplied by the Senior church choir, using the hymns, "Breathe on me Breath of God," and "Blest Be the Tie that Binds." the pianist was Miss Marian Pringnitz, and the organist was Mrs. Robert Schulz.

Pallbearers were: Richard Tiggemann, Jr., Bradley Groesbeck, Mark Christians, Clay Kilgore, Dennis Kaduce, and Dennis Lau. She was laid to rest in the Ell Township cemetery Klemme.

The daughter of George and Shirley Rapp Netland, she was born Aug. 22, 1956, at Belmond. She was in the seventh grade in the Klemme Community School.

Surviving are her parents, three brothers, Willard, Klemme; Merlin and Benjamin, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Scott (Karen) Grady, Miller; Mrs. Cecil (Mary) Noble, Garner; Marilyn and Carolyn, at home.

Klemme: Wanda Netland, 14, died Wednesday at Hancock County Memorial Hospital in Britt, following a long illness.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Klemme United Methodist Church. The Rev. George Brighton will officiate. Burial will be in Ell Township Cemetery with Bohn Funeral Home in charge.

The daughter of George and Shirley Rapp Netland, she was born Aug. 22, 1956, at Belmond. She was in seventh grade in the Klemme Community School.

Surviving are her parents, three brothers, Willard, Klemme; Merlin and Benjamin, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Scott (Karen) Grady, Miller; Mrs. Cecil (Mary) Noble, Garner; Marilyn and Carolyn, at home.
