Amy Irene Corle, 80, lifetime Kossuth resident, died Tuesday morning at the Longshore Residence in Spencer.

Funeral services for her will be at 1:30 p.m. today (Thursday) in the Chapel of the Geilenfeld-Schaaf-McCullough Funeral Service with the Rev. George Snyder of the First Methodist Church officiating. Interment is in Riverview Cemetery.

Casket Bearers are Robert Buscher, Richard Campney, Arvin Enerson, Dean Corle, Roy Enerson and Mark Campney.

Amy Irene Corle, daughter of Charles H. and Mary Haak Corle, was born in Seneca Township of Kossuth County on March 12, 1898. She attended rural schools in the area and received her teaching certificate from Iowa State Teachers College at Cedar Falls. She taught for many years in rural schools in the area. She never married.

Miss Corle is survived by two nephews and a niece, Hubert Campney of Emmetsburg; Mark Campney, Spencer and Irene, Mrs. Roy Enerson, Esterville.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church at Algona.
