Wellsburg - Services for Alton E. Ellingson, 63, who died Wednesday morning at Allen Memorial Hospital, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church northeast of Wellsburg; burial will be determined later; he served as Wellsburg High School principal from 1966 until he retired in 1979; survivors include his wife, Floreine; three sons, Keith with the U.S. Army in Augsburg, Germany, Ronald of Iowa Falls and Richard of Eldora; two daughters, Mrs. Denise Wieland of Carroll and Mrs. Deidra Hippen of Aplington; seven grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Alma Adams of Iowa Falls; a sister, Mrs. Almira Sauer of Cedar Rapids; and a brother, Eddie of Iowa Falls.

Alton E. Ellingson

Wellsburg,Ia. - Funeral services for Alton E. Ellingson, 63, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church northeast of Wellsburg. He died Wednesday morning at Allen memorial Hospital in Waterloo of cancer.

Mr. Ellingson was principal of Wellsburg High School from 1966 to 1979.

Survivors include by his wife, Floreine; three sons, Keith of Augsburg, West Germany, Ronald of Iowa Falls and Richard of Eldora; two daughters, Denise Wyeland of Carroll and Deidra Hippen of Aplington; his mother, Alma Adams of Iowa Falls, a brother, a sister and seven grandchildren.
