Mrs. Charles Morley

Mrs. Charles Morley, 50, 1804 S. St. Aubin street, a resident here for 20 years, died Tuesday at a hospital after an illness of several weeks.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Winter funeral home, Rev. W. R. Moore of Morningside Presbyterian church, will officiate and the body will be sent to Marshalltown, Ia., for additional services and burial Friday.

Mrs. Morley was born November 23, 1899, in Marshalltown. She was married December 31, 1928, in Marshalltown.

Survivors include the widower, a daughter, Mrs. Charlene Thrope of Evanston, Ill.; her father, Bert Everist of Marshalltown; three brothers, Roy Everist of Mason City, Ia., Gerald of Texarkana, Ark., and Dr. Guy Everist of Rollo, Mo., and a sister, Mrs. Bessie Strike of Marshalltown.

She was a member of the P.T.A., the National Education association, the Iowa Association of Teachers, the Morningside garden club and the Elco Garhum club.
