At 5 years of age, the family moved to Forest City where she attended school, graduating in 1947. After high school, Eunice attended Waldorf College, graduating in 1949. After graduating from Waldorf College, she taught school in Klemme, IA as a kindergarten teacher. On June 21, 1950 she married the love of her life, Vincent Finer. Eunice loved her church and held many positions within it, as well as did volunteer work whenever needed. Eunice enjoyed her trips with family and friends to Hawaii, Alaska, Washington D.C., and Minnesota. Summertime was spent camping with their church group.

In 1991, Vince and Eunice retired from the farm and bought a home in Leland. She loved having coffee with friends and having her children and grandchildren visit. She loved her church and her God. Eunice will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
